My name is Adaeze, and I have worked in care for almost seven years.(This includes mental health and forensic. I specialize in providing hourly care to individuals who need assistance in their daily lives. My caring nature, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude make me an excellent fit for anyone in need of a compassionate carer.
My motivation for choosing a career in care is rooted in my desire to help people lead independent lives. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to live their life to the fullest, regardless of their age or circumstances. As a carer, I see it as my duty to provide the support needed to help my clients achieve this goal.
I take pride in my skills and experience, ranging from bathing and toileting to companionship and cooking. I have worked with clients who suffer from various conditions like anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), psychosis, and schizophrenia. When I am not working, you can find me walking, dancing, playing card games, cooking & baking, or practicing yoga. I am okay with pets, including cats, fish, and rabbits.
